INFORMATION FOR SITE VENDORS

The Rowbust Dragon Boat Racing Team is excited to once again host the Fanshawe Dragon Boat Festival on Saturday, June 8, 2024.

All previous Fanshawe Dragon Boat Festivals were very successful – a big part of that success was due to our great vendors who made the venue off the water so much more fun and interesting for paddlers and spectators alike!

Vendors are needed for various food and merchandise items for purchase by the paddlers and spectators while adhering to COVID safety protocols for outdoor events.

Vendor requests will be reviewed for suitability and to ensure minimum overlap in the product offering.  The Rowbust Dragon Boat Racing Team reserves the right to approve your registration, ensure that your products are safe, and that your display booth is in keeping with the nature of our festival.  On-site vendors will be provided with a site on the grassed area of the Day-Use-Area at Fanshawe Lake (near Pioneer Village).  The size of a site is 10′ x 10′ and signage at the event should be limited to your booth and/or tent.  Your business will also be listed as a participating event vendor on the festival website.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

      • There is no ATM on site.
      • Internet on-site can be spotty at times and the quality of signal varies between service providers.

REGISTRATION FEES

Food Vendors: $250

All food vendors are required to obtain the appropriate approval and certificate from The Middlesex-London Health Unit. This information can be found at  https://www.healthunit.com/food-safety-at-special-events

General Merchandise Vendors: $100

Non-Profit (Merchandise) Vendors: $50

Prior to June 8, 2024, all vendors are required to complete the Waiver of Liability, available by CLICKING HERE.
